today was my day off, if most of the time break is great Wednesday and rest, I love to rest, I wake up late, hang out with people, as a fuck, what I like to do around the world:)

today I went to exercise with sylvia fernanda and brutally but the mission failed, but hey, at least I shit a bird on his arm ... NO WAIT! THATS NOT A GOOD THING! oh! whatever, i ate cookies, lots, and pizza, so all the Exercise, straight to the fundaments of hell for that but it did no good, after 22 hours 31 minutes APOLINAR CHACON JORGE MARIN I say I'll put on a diet and makes minimum 30 minutes of daily exercise! YEAH THATS RIGHT! DAILY-except on Sundays because I get lots of egg-and wait to see results very soon. oh yes and eat less junk and more healthy stuff that is cheap when it comes to calories.
